When the doctor has given the green light, nothing stands in the way of immersing yourself in the fascinating underwater world.

It all starts with the PADI Open Water Diver course, which we conduct after globally recognized diving training. Here you will learn all the important basic terms and rules relating to scuba diving.

Your instructor will accompany you from the very beginning and explain all the important things to you in detail and easily understandable. No time to lose, but theory and practical exercises with a lot of fun. In a short time, you will learn a lot of new things about the use of your diving equipment as well as diving medical and physical aspects under the water.

After the first steps in the shallow water area, you will soon be in the so-called open water.

You will see - you will quickly feel like a "fish in the water" and the hurdles to the longed-for Open Water Diver will be overcome after just a few hours of practice.

The PADI Open Water Diver course consists of 3 main phases:
1. Theory meetings: Development of theoretical knowledge to understand the basics of scuba diving.

2. Practical exercises to train and refine the diving skills that you prepare for your open water dives.

3. 4 x open water dives to implement your learned diving skills and knowledge & explore the underwater world.

- PADI Open Water diving course program:
Day 1
Diving theory and exercises in limited open water (pool)

Day 2
Open water dives 1+2 with exercises up to max. 12 meters.

Day 3
Open water dives 3 + 4 with exercises up to max. 18 meters, theory completion with test, certification

Additional Info

  • Duration: 3 days
  • Description: Combining diving theory, skills training, and open water diving.
  • Recommended depth: You will be qualified to a depth of 18m and able to dive with a buddy independently.
  • International Certificate: After completing your course you will receive an international diving certificate which will allow you to dive all around the world.
  • Basic scuba gear: Mask, exposure suit, scuba unit (the underwater breathing apparatus), dive computer, weight system, and fins
  • Minimum age: From 10 years old. Children aged 10 and 11 can earn the PADI Jr Open Water Diver certification, diving to a maximum depth of 12 meters/40 feet with a PADI Professional or a certified parent/guardian. Children aged 12 to 14 can also be Jr Open Water Diver certified, to a maximum depth of 18 meters/60 feet with any adult certified diver.
