Besides a short boat tour across the Nile awaits you, where you can get to know Luxor from a different perspective. Accompanied by your personal guide, visit the following highlights on your tour:

● The valley of the kings
First, it goes to the "place of truth", the valley of the kings.
Marvel at the Valley of the Kings and the unique cemetery of numerous kings. Many pharaohs had their graves, decorated with inexpressible art treasures, built in the steep rock walls. It houses the most famous necropolis of the New Kingdom. Let yourself be inspired by the breathtaking and unique architecture. The royal cemetery has an awe-inspiring location in the somewhat remote rocky valleys of the desert on the west bank of the Nile.

● Hatshepsut temple
Then visit the terraced temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the only female ruler of ancient Egypt. This unique mortuary temple, which Queen Hatshepsut had built for herself, is very well preserved and world-famous. The queen of the 18th dynasty ruled from 1479 until she died in 1458 BC. She brought about a great economic boom in the 21 years of a reign so that her reign is one of the heydays of Egyptian history.

● Karnak temple
The Temples of Karnak are the largest temple complex in Egypt. Karnak is a small village about 2.5 kilometers north of Luxor. The Karnak Temple consists of three walled areas and according to various researches, the temple has been expanded again and again over several millennia. Here are the remains of the largest temple complex in Egypt. In the temple of Karnak stand in front of us rams sphinxes and huge pillared halls tell of life around the triad of gods Amun-Re, Mut, and Khons. Each pharaoh and king has immortalized himself in his own area. One of the most important and beautiful areas of the temple is the great hall of columns.

● The Colossi of Memnon
Continue to the west bank of the Nile (Thebes West), where you will visit the two colossal statues of Amenhotep III. The Colossi of Memnon sit in solitary splendor on the edge of the fields on their stone throne. Admire the only remains of the Temple of Amenhotep III, also known as Memnoneion or Amenophium.
